Key Responsibilities:

Support field expansion and ensure effective implementation of Composite Heritage activities
at the grassroots level.

Hold regular meetings with Community Mobilizers to supervise work and ensure timely
execution of all activities.

Identify and nurture youth leaders from youth groups to strengthen the programme.
- Build
connections with schools, colleges, and other institutions and conduct meetings/workshops to
promote the Composite Heritage concept among children and youth.
- Coordinate
with the Field Coordinator for activity planning and ensure timely availability of required
materials.
- Maintain
strong engagement with youth, women, community members, key people, and village committees
to ensure high-quality field activities.
- Submit
daily activity reports, project reports, photos, and participant lists to the
Programme/Field Coordinator.
- Provide
coordination and general support between the field and the office.
- Facilitate
ISD’s networking within the local civil society.
- Ensure
strict adherence to finance, admin, and project-related processes and guidelines.
Work-related travel mandatory;

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
