A three-pronged strategy is proposed, focusing on promoting shared heritage through community mobilisation, fostering collaboration with civil society, and advancing research and education. This approach seeks to engage communities in reviving and celebrating their Composite Heritage, build partnerships with organisations and networks to integrate the concept into wider development and shared efforts, and generate knowledge and learning resources that emphasise social harmony, democracy, cultural revival, and inclusive development.
Civil Society – Bringing together civil society groups and organisations committed to democracy and social harmony through a series of meetings and workshops, aimed at exploring the multiple dimensions of Composite Heritage and building a shared commitment to preserve, enrich, and integrate it into wider efforts for inclusive and harmonious development.

Training and Research Studies – Conducting training programmes and research to explore and popularise cultural resources such as literature, folk tales, music, and theatre, aiming to uncover and protect cultural commonalities while amplifying the harmonious and democratic values rooted in shared traditions.

Community Mobilization – Converting the findings and outcomes of workshops and studies into simple, accessible materials for popular education and outreach, and actively engaging communities—particularly in the Hindi-speaking belt of North India—to weave the concept of Composite Heritage into their daily lives through meaningful initiatives, cultural practices, and local actions.
