1. Donation Methods
We accept donations only from Indian citizens, through Credit/Debit Card/ Net Banking Cheque / Pay order / Demand draft.
2. Refund Policy
Donations cannot be refunded except in case of credit card fraud or duplicate transactions. Please email notowar.isd@gmail.com within 14 days of payment to request a refund.
3. No Entitlement Clause
Donation to the Institute for Social Democracy (ISD) does not entitle you to any goods, services, positions at ISD or any other consideration. Funds are used in accordance with the goals of the organization. Details are available in www.isd.in.net Institute for Social Democracy will publish periodic statements of accounts.
4. PAN & 80G Requirement
All donors making a donation of more than Rs 50000/- are, by law, required to give their PAN number on the registration form. All donations made to ISD are exempted under section 80G of the Income Tax Act which means that 50% of your donation amount will be eligible for tax exemption. Please use ISD Exemption Receipt to claim the same while filing your Income Tax returns. As per the recent amendment in the Income Tax Act, the existing certificate of ISD is valid till it is surrendered or withdrawn.
5. Receipt Delivery Issues
Please contact ISD by email at notowar.isd@gmail.com or by post at registered address at Flat No. 110, Numberdar House, 62-A, Laxmi Market, Munirka, New Delhi - 110067 in case you do not receive the receipt in the time indicated.
6. Donations Transparency
The donors are most welcome to re-assure themselves that their donations have been used for ISD Programmes. In this connection, they may write to us at notowar.isd@gmail.com.
